We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Marketer Location: Delta Job Description Bolin Bakeries is a modern day bakery looking to recruit the best hands for the marketing and sale of her quality products. The description for this position includes but not limited to:

• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns for our bread
• Promotional activities to further enlighten the public and create more awareness for our brand
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
• Maintaining Company websites and managing campaigns on social media
• Organizing events and product exhibitions to promote and increase sales.
• Updating databases using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Coordinating internal marketing and supervising sales representatives
• Monitoring distribution and delivery of products to customers.
• Monitoring performance and sales level, ensuring it doesn’t go down
• Building a strong case for our different brands and products
• To win over new customers and retain existing ones
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences for our product.
• To forecast sales based on market variables and trend analysis.
• Devising and presenting new ideas and strategies to take over new routes and territories.

• B.Sc in Marketing or any other related discipline with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Degree from any well recognized University, preferably OAU or UNILAG.
• Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be very familiar with social media and have a large social media base
• Candidate should preferably be from the West and is familiar with the terrain over there
• Candidate should be good looking, approachable and smart.
• Candidate shouldn't be more than 30 years.
• Candidate must possess at least 3 years field experience, post NYSC
