  • The Team Lead will be responsible for the management of all finance, admin/logistics for the entity;
  • Managing the deployment and utilization of dedicated funds, and presenting a monthly audit report;
  • Providing financial reports; and interpreting financial information.
Requirements
  • B.Sc/M.A Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 5+ years experience in running finance and administrative management in large companies
  • Track record of interfacing at senior levels, must possess strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong business acumen and well-versed in accounting control and financial analysis
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in developing financial statements using financial management software
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

  • The Monitoring and Intelligence Specialist will provide timely and accurate reports on overall program metrics, monitor the entire financial inclusion effort to ensure desired results are achieved, provide proactive support to agents' network;
  • Ensure that communication and literacy plans are rolled out as required; and create executive management reports.
  • The specialist will also provide information and evidence-based inputs to the planning, design and implementation of key financial inclusion initiatives;
  • Organize and undertake research and analysis;
  • Identify issues to be addressed; track follow-up actions and interpret financial information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years' experience of monitoring and tracking of large-scale transformations
  • Proven ability to build complex models to forecast/predict/track data to drive insights for businesses
  • Track record in delivering transformation programs within specified time and project cost
  • Experience in interfacing with multiple senior-level stakeholders
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • The Team Lead is required to support super-agents to build a large agency network across Nigeria, collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of network; monitor super-agent network roll-out to ensure compliance with targets; identify and work with stakeholders to expand and strengthen networks; manage the network deployment and present progress reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years’ experience) of creating, managing and deploying country-wide distribution networks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders: ability to track and report complex project to senior management
  • Must possess team leadership, sales, marketing and project management skills
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of financial services and consumer distributions

Requirements

  • Broad understanding of, or experience in financial services
  • Track record of successful regulator and senior level stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in designing and deploying large scale communication campaigns
  • Track record in digital or financial services product development.
