• Opening and managing of accounts of customers.
• Selling of MFB products and participating in tactical sales/marketing activities.

• O'LEVEL/NCE/OND in any relevant discipline
• Confident with strong ability to sell
• Must have a flair for Direct Sales/Marketing together with
• Good oral and written English.

• Marketing and Promoting the Bank in the business community;
• Exploring business development options and advising accordingly;
• Mobilizing Deposits especially from the Individual small savers;
• Designing specific micro-finance related products to meet the market demands; and
• Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.

• Minimum of first degree in Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines plus six (6) years cognate experience in similar functions.

• Account and financial statement preparation.
• Contributes to the safeguarding of corporate assets and the interest of members by ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively.
• Conduct investigations of suspected internal fraud.
• Providing general assistance to the audit team
• Developing strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and relevant authorities.

• Minimum of OND/HND
• Minimum of 2 year(s)

• Unquestioned personal integrity with strong ethics and values.
• Capable of working independently and with minimum supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (Both written and verbal) with all level within the organisation.
• Analytical capability.

• Report on Anti-Money Laundering policy of CBN, NDIC, EFCC, ICPC and other relevant bodies.
• Reviewing and preparing the bank compliance ratios
• Prevent and detect fraud, suppression, theft or misappropriation of funds.
• Manage operations of audit department to ensure achievement of set objectives and goals.
• Overseeing and ensuring preparation of timely Audit reports to the Board.
• Ensure that process and procedures are adequate to prevent and detect fraud, suppression, theft or misappropriation of funds.
• Carry out audit investigation of each unit in accordance with the approved audit plan.
• Returns rendition to CBN.

• Minimum of a B.Sc in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university.
• Minimum of five years working experience in a similar role with at least 3 years within a financial institution.
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
• Be a qualified member of ICAN/ACCA/CIA
• Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competences in practical microfinance banking and has undergone the Microfinance Certification Programme and obtained a Certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

• Preparation of the company's Budget, Forecasts and cash flows.
• Prompt preparation of management accounts with detail analysis to the Board.
• General ledger management and maintenance of accounts processes including proof of accounts.
• Manages and supervises Cash flows and liquidity.
• Revenue assurance.
• Ensuring that appropriate systems and Financial controls are set, implemented and monitored.
• Co-ordinates and ensures the timely preparation/rendition of statutory returns to CBN, NDIC, FIRS, CAC, etc.
• Establishment of documented standards and procedures in finance operations and ensure compliance.
• Regulatory relations and compliance.

• Minimum of first degree (B.Sc/HND) in any Business-related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years cognate practical working experience.
• Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA) mandatory.
• Professional qualification in Microfinance (MCF) or Master’s degree in related field will be added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use Microsoft applications including Excel.

• The MD/CEO is in charge of the day to day operations of the bank and is answerable to the Board of Directors.

• First degree or its equivalent in any discipline (additional qualification in any business-related discipline may be an advantage).
• Minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience with at least five (5) years in the financial service industry and three (3) years at the senior management level.
• Candidate must possesses hands-on knowledge of microfinance banking and has a Certificate in Microfinance Banking, issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
• Applicant must be knowledgeable in IT.
