We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Officer Location: LagosJob Descriptions
  • General Maintenance of buildings/Facility to ensure that they meet health and safety standards.
  • Managing the office system and office equipment.
  • Oversees and manage the day to day operations of the premises/facility etc.
Requirements
  • First Degree in any discipline.
  • Must be between the ages of 23 and 39 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year working experience in line with the position applying for.
  • Facility Officer must reside on the Island and the Secretary Mainland of Lagos State.

  • Ensuring meetings are effectively organised.
  • Maintaining effective records and administration.
  • Communication and Correspondence.
  • Act as an Information and reference point to the Organisation and client.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports etc.
Requirements
  • First Degree in any discipline.
  • Must be between the ages of 23 to 39 years of age.
  • Preferably a female.
  • Minimum of one year working experience in line with the position applying for.
  • Must reside in the Mainland.
