We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Facility Manager Location: Lagos Job Summary

  • Ensure the use of best facility management practices to manage resources, services and processes that meet the needs of the company
  • Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency and ensure safe working environment without downtime
  • Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments and relocations
  • Allocate and manage space in the facilities
  • Use best business practices to manage operation costs whilst creating a budget for various facility needs and expenses
  • Compare costs for various services before choosing the best options for the facility
  • Vendor Management: choose and obtain quotes from vendors; also manage existing vendors and contractors
  • Develop and implement a facility management program including preventive maintenance and life cycle requirements
  • Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards; payment of government levies as at when due
  • Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facilities
  • Conduct regular facility inspections; report and make proper recommendations for improvements
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2:1 grade in Engineering or technical related field
  • Must be a registered member of International Facility Management Association, Nigeria (IFMA)
  • Minimum of seven (7) years work experience, with at least half of that time spent in Supervisory role
Skills Required:
  • Sound experience in structural work, building maintenance and budgeting
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships â–ª
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Attention to detail

    Job Title: Administrative Officer Location: Lagos Job Summary
  • Ensure overall efficiency of the Administrative function in the company
  • Provide administrative support to employees through coordinated admin office procedures
  • Monitor standard of service by various Admin contractors/vendors
  • Develop and maintain accurate filing system
  • Manage office supplies stock, placing orders to ensure timely replacements
  • Maintain and manage all vehicle documentation and ensure prompt renewal of same; and drivers
  • Oversee routine and adhoc vehicle maintenance
  • Maintain good relationship with existing vendors and identify potential vendors based on business needs
  • Manage and oversee activities of cleaners and security personnel
  • Ensure adequate monitoring and renewal of insurance policies on all company’s assets; and follow up on insurance claims
  • Renewal of all subscriptions and timely statutory payments
  • Arrange all staff travels; visa processing, flights and hotel bookings, travel allowance and local transport expense
  • Schedule and organise in-house and external events
