  • HCDC is recruiting a resourceful and productive Sales and Marketing Manager for her client, a foremost event planning and supervising company, who will be responsible for planning, implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow the sales of the company.
  • The Sales and Marketing Manager will identify sales leads and maximize revenue.
  • The Sales and Marketing Manger must be sales orientated, experienced in networking and has the ability to proactively promote event planning service to corporate.
Job Responsibilities
  • Identifying sales leads and proactively seeking new business via cold calling, referral, press, exhibitions, industry functions, LinkedIn, Social media
  • Maximizing revenue by implementing good yield management practices
  • Establishing and maintaining good client relationship with existing conference agents, and identifying & nurturing new contacts
  • Initiating and encouraging new business from existing clients through the establishment of good client relationships
  • Maintaining close contacts with clients in the portfolio to establish an intimate knowledge of client’s needs
  • Understanding, researching and implementing plans to deliver new business from new market segments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Relationship management with corporate clients
  • Proven time management skills and ability to meet to deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Problem solving/ creative thinking
  • Presentation Skills
  • At least 5 Years of B2B Sales & Marketing
  • Good people management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of Corporate Event & Conference Space
  • Result driven
  • Customer /client focus
