Job for a Service Engineer in a leading Document Solution Company

A leading Document Solution Company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Service Engineer Location: Lagos Job Description

  • Ensure set service metric standards and targets are met to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit proactive approach in attending to customer needs and problems.
  • perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customers' machines and do necessary documentation.
  • Install machines and carry out key operator training.
  • Minimise spare usage in order to provide a high level of service to customers' machines in a cost effective manner
  • Escalate immediately any issues from internal or external customers that may create dissatisfaction and revenue loss.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Degree or HND in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Electronics, Physics and Electronics
  • Good computer skills and good interpersonal skills.
