  • An experienced Business Development Manager is urgently needed in our firm.
Basic Duties
  • Identifying and mapping business strength and customer needs.
  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Reporting on success and areas needing improvements.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally etc.
  • Developing growth strategies and plans.
  • Managing and retaining relationship with new and existing Clients
  • An In-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposal, and increasing client base.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc in Business Development, Economics or Marketing or other related field.
  • Candidates should have 3 years+ working experience.
Required Skills:
  • High-level communication skill
  • Stakeholder Management skill
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
