Ralds and Agate Limited - Our client is a rapidly growing outfit specialized in the sale of various floor types. They are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales and Customer Relationship Personnel Location: Lagos Job Responsibilities

Maintain the store records and accounting books
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
Ensure complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.
Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the store.
Ensure all products are kept in good condition and properly displayed to maximize sales and profitability.
Develop strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, enhance store visibility physically and online
Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers and other key stakeholders
Provide consultation, education and direction to customer on the company’s products.

Qualifications/ Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
0- 2 years working experience in sales or customer services.
An excellent customer service orientation and commitment.
Attention to detail and Multi-tasking
Social Media Savvy
Basic Accounting or Record Keeping Skills.
