We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:   Job Title: Extruder Operator - Premier Feed Mills Locations: Ibadan-Oyo and Calabar-Cross River The Job

• Operate Extruder machine to produce Extruded Fish Feed of various sizes ranging from 2mm,3mm,4.5mm,6mm and 9mm.
• Replace worn out dyes from extruder machine.
• Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure and temperature.
• Inspect and remove defective product & packing materials.
• Remove finished package items from machine & separate rejected items.
• Bag out fish feed that has being confirmed as good pelletized fish feeds.

• National Diploma in any Science related course.
• Five O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.

• Two (2) years cognate experience.
• Have extrusion knowledge.

• Have good communication skills.
• Be safety conscious and pay attention to details.
• Be team oriented.

• Operate the boilers, including starting and shutting down.
• Monitor boiler operations and react to varying load requirements.
• Ensure reliable operational records are maintained and recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant.
• Inspect boiler pipes, valves, pumps, and safety devices for leaks and malfunctions.
• Observe fire and safety precautions.
• Schedule and supervise cleaning of equipment and work areas.

• Technical Certificate or National Diploma in Science related courses.
• Five O-Levels credits including Mathematics and English Language.

• Minimum of  2 years relevant experience.
• Have Steam Boiler knowledge.

• Have good interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to carry out minor maintenance repairs.
• Possess good communication skills.
