• Proactively participate with other members of marketing team in the country by directing and executing marketing / communications / public relations strategies and plans in alignment with business objectives
• Ensure the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied and leads to increase in the profit of the organization.
• Identify as well develop sources in order to get more clients.
• Attend meeting with clients and interact with them often to attend to their needs.
• Manage and oversee all functions comprising sales and distribution
• Ensure that positive relationship with actual and intending customers is maintained.
• Responsible for establishing relationship with new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate data base about current and potential clients.

• Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing or equivalent
• Experience: 3 years experience as a Client Service manager or similar role (preferably in a marketing agency)
• Must have managed different clients project from start to finish with proven records of successful implementation
• Must have top level people management skills
• Must have good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft word packages.
