• Responsible for managing storage of consumables items and building materials.
• Adequate record keeping, inventory control and designing good report system.

• Ideal candidate must have first degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline from a reputable tertiary institution and be computer literate.

• Include but is not limited to: Welcoming, registering and attending to all visitors.
• Serving as the point of contact at our office. Providing support with overall facilities and office maintenance.

• Must be familiar with Customs, Clearing Agents and Forwarding Processes.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, good vendor relationships. Accurate and detailed reporting skills.

• Ideal candidate must have first degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline from a reputable tertiary institution and be computer literate.

• HSE Officer is to facilitate compliance with Health Safety and Environment guidelines.
• Will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations and also be on constant lookout for violations.

• The personnel will facilitate new hires for the Company.
• This will include screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers.
• On-board new employees and guide new employees through the complicated process of benefits and compensation.
• HR represents both the employee and the Company.
• The Human Resources Officer will organize and perform administrative and strategic hiring duties.

• Responsibility of assisting the Project Manager in managing construction projects and ensuring maximum profitability through Project design, project management and supervisory activities at every level of the project execution.
