  • Ensuring that the facility is operating effectively by dealing with emergency cases, formulating plans and creating adequate plans of replacement and repairs.
  • Creating a good image for the organization.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar/ related role.
  • HND/B.Sc in Estate Management or Building Engineering.
  • Not more than 28years

  • Responsible for troubleshooting, installations, repairs and maintenance of residential plumbing mechanisms all while providing top-notch customer service.
Job Requirements
  • Highly Organized
  • Excellent Communication Skills.

  • Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
