A leading indigenous Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company based in Lagos urgently requires the services of energetic and suitably qualified candidates for immediate employment to fill the vacant position below:   Job Title: Product Manager Location: Lagos Job Role This includes but not limited to the following:

• Develop new products by identifying potential products; develop strategic plans to
• promote assigned brands and ensure continuous usage, listing by brand names in
• Hospital formulary and regular purchase orders from Hospitals/Institutions, conduct market research, develop marketing strategies and regular visits to customers to audit product performance and shelf off-take.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• 3-5 years experience in Sales & Marketing in Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Good communication/presentation skills
• Good interpersonal relationship.
• Good negotiation/numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Power-point.
• 30-35 years.

• Effective supervision of field force in detailing and coverage of hospitals and pharmacy shops, ensure the achievement of district’s sales target through effective channels and distributors management, competitive intelligence tracking and reporting covering product launches, prices, innovation, promotions etc., regular interface with distributors to uncover irritations (where they exist) and resolve same for enhanced business relationships, regular monitoring, supervision, coaching and mentoring of sales representatives to ensure that corporate sales objectives are met without obstacles, efficient scanning of assigned district for government business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) or any of the Biological Sciences.
• A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• 3 years experience in the same role in a Pharmaceutical company will be added advantage.

• Achievement of sales target in assigned territory, adequate territorial coverage and efficient management of promotional resources, effective promotion of products to key targets across channels for enhanced demand generation, competitive intelligence tracking and reporting covering product launches, prices, innovation, promotions etc. and efficient scanning of assigned district for government business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) or any of the Biological Sciences.
• 1-2 years experience in a Pharmaceutical company OR Post NYSC.
• Good communication/presentation skills
• Good interpersonal/relationship skills.
• Good negotiation/numerical skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• 22-28 years.

• To evaluate the physicochemical properties of pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediates and finished products using both, wet chemistry and instrumentation.
• He or she will also ensure routine calibration of lab equipment and compliance with safety requirements in the lab; and will be responsible for communication of results to the appropriate section.

• Bachelor's degree in Pure/Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry or Industrial Chemistry.

• Possess a working knowledge on chemical analysis utilizing instrumentation such as HPLC, Uv-Vis Spectrophotometer, etc.
• Possess 2 or more years of experience in a Quality control lab of a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
