DynamicPlus Advisory - Our client, a Real Estate company located in Ajah, Lagos State requires qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Site Operations Manager Location: Lagos Job Summary

This individual will be expected to supervise all site operations as well as operation personnel in the office.
The position requires extensive traveling to different sites within and outside Lagos and a thorough understanding of site construction.

Qualifications

HND, B.Sc in any field of study
Minimum of two years experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage
A valid drivers' license and he must be conversant with Lagos roads and the neighboring states.
He must be smart in appearance, very sound in speech presentation and highly intelligent with the ability to multi task
Preferable male between the ages 27 - 35.

Job Title: Office Assistant Location: Lagos Job Summary

The selected individual will be required to help out with administrative duties in all areas of operations.

Qualifications

S.S.C.E holder
Minimum of two years in a similar role in any recognize business organization
He /She must be smart in appearance, sound in speech presentation and a computer literate
Candidates must be between the ages of 20 to 23 years and he or she must reside in between Ajah and Sangotedo, Lagos.
