Technology Distributions Limited (TD) commenced business in May 1999 as the pioneer ICT distributor in West Africa and currently represents HP, Microsoft, APC, Epson, IBM, Dell, Canon, Cisco, D-Link, Huawei, Lenovo, Zinox, Toshiba, i-Direct, Infinix, Tecno, Nokia, Transcend & Samsung. We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Audit Executive Location: Lagos Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

• Ensure what was received into the warehouse tallies with what was received on dynamics
• Received stocks returned from customers and branches and prepare Return Inward note to be process with Accounts for necessary reversal
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
• Receives stock from OPM into the warehouse after due checking of its expiry dates, quality and quantity.
• Compare for quantity order placed with quantity order received and identify any shortfall or variance and send report to Head of Audit.
• Proper documentation and signing of delivery notes and invoices
• Prepare delivery notes on excel and send for onward processing into dynamics by operations, audit and accounts departments

• Educational Qualification: A good first degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
• Professional Qualification:Membership of relevant accounting bodies and attendant qualifications eg ACA, ACCA, ICAN, etc. will be an added advantage
