The Data Clerk is responsible for Collating, Processing and Presenting data collected from the Brand promoters and Supervisors.
He/she is expected to deliver on overall objectives as set or assigned by the S & CM Analyst.

Responsibilities Administrative:

Collate, Process and Maintain accurate Data and Reports
Share accurate daily Brand promoter reports in on time and in full as per reporting cycles for all BA KPI’s
Track and report BAs daily attendance
Maintain and report stock level report across the Modern Trade Channel

Communication:

Send daily report and competitor activities to the line manager/Supervisor.
Prepare and Share monthly summary of all tracked BA KPIs with the Commercial Team

Education and Experience

OND/ B.SC from a recognized University
A minimum of 1 year experience in any organization

General Appearance: Job Holder Should be:

Well-groomed always, smart and neatly dressed
Intelligent
Demonstrate a high level of confidence
Open Minded and out going
