McBuddy Properties Limited - A real estate firm that is actively engaged in land development, Housing and renovations in Nigeria and South Africa is currently recruiting for the position of:     Job Title: Business Officer Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job Summary

  • The Business Officer is responsible for marketing and selling the company's products to clients. He or she is equally expected to meet monthly targets while searching for leads to be converted into sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing and sales of the company’s products and services
  • Meeting monthly sales targets
  • In- depth understanding of the real estate industry
  • Participate in events for marketing purposes
  • Building a strong customer relationship with existing clients
  • Identifying and follow- up with prospective clients
  • Resolving customer issues
Requirements Prospective employees must have:
  • A minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc with 1-3 years marketing experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in real estate, insurance and agro- tech firm an added advantage
