ICS Outsourcing - Our client, a Financial Services company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Loan Collection and Recovery Officer Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Responsibilities The job holder will be expected to carry out the following functions:

Take full responsibility for collections from loan clients as assigned on a daily basis
Ensure collections are, as much as possible made on the due date.
Establish effective rapport with debtors, responsible relatives and other parties to obtain information and elicit cooperation and constantly execute recovery procedures.
Independently evaluate information and initiate collection action within prescribed guidelines.
Establish and maintain accurate records and files and highlight credit failures.

Qualifications

A minimum of OND in any discipline with a maximum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a microfinance bank.

Electrical maintenance of all distribution panels/boards, switch boards and electrical fittings
Maintenance of all air conditioners and diesel generators
Maintenance of all plumbing facilities
Regular checks and PPM of all electrical appliances

Qualifications

OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in electrical and technical maintenance roles.
