• Implement crop field monitoring and evaluation activities in the areas assigned
• Contribute in data collection and summary of all data from the field
• Participate in soil testing
• Prepare weekly report of field activities.
• Support input and output monitoring through the use of our digital application device
• Carry out any other tasks assigned

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Extension, General Agriculture or related discipline
• Residents of Iseyin/Ibadan-Oyo state is most preferred.
• Must be able to communicate properly in English Language
• Must be Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

• Problem Solving - Job requires Identifying, analysing, organising and solving issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Team Work - Job requires effective collaboration between team members and peers
• Excellent communication (Written, Verbal, Presentation) - Job requires good oral and written communication skills to effectively express ideas and facts

• Graduate of Crop Production and Technology.
• Knowledge of crop plant culture in greenhouse and/or field.
• Knowledge of crop machinery, equipment, and tools.

• Engage in research and development for existing varieties and new varieties of seeds to be propagated using the aeroponic system
• Explore engagements and market opportunities with farmers, clusters of farmers, agencies, research institutes, marketers, and other players along the value chains locally and in diaspora
• Maintenance of infrastructure and general utility.
• The selection and acquisition of planting materials for the aeroponics system
• The production of vines in the aeroponic system
• Maintenance and data collection (biotic and abiotic) for the aeroponics system
• Nutrient formulation and administration for the yam vines in the aeroponics system
• Technical harvest of single node vine cuttings
• Establish and maintenance of nursery plants for transplanting
• Transplanting and field maintenance for seed yam production on open field

• Candidate should possess relevant qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
