Job Responsibilities As a marketing expert agent, you will have to:
  • Educate clients about our products, providing advice on how to improve their campaigns, supporting the customer through the entire process.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital advertising with the customer to help them improve performance.
  • Put in place clear advertising goals with our customers including entering campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc
  • Report, analyze, and share key quantitative metrics, trends and insights internally and to partners.
  • Deliver an outstanding sales experience to the customer through your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism and motivation.
  • Deal with customers through multiple channels (phone, email) to help them optimize campaigns.
  • Manage a large number of campaigns maintaining relationship with advertisers and ensuring they are meeting their objectives
  • Manage a high volume of accounts with a clear focus on upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts
  • Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Very strong analytical and reporting skills
  • A creative and innovative thinker always willing and able to create unique solutions to problems as they arise
  • Passion for online technology with strong knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services
  • B.A/B.S Degree or equivalent sales experience
  • 1 to 3 years working in a digital marketing/sales organization with specific knowledge of online advertising products and social media
  • Experience in dealing with customers over the phone, including customer escalations
Desirable:
  • Experience in start-up / tech company
  • Familiar with facing challenges in an innovative and fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated capability of being a team player who thinks as a team and is willing to share best practices to achieve team goals
  • Experience in fast paced ambiguous environments
  • Experience using Excel and Salesforce.
