Due to business expansion, we have an urgent requirement to have a HR Officer support our operation in Niamey-Niger.

Key Responsibilities

Recommend review and amendments to policies and procedures.
Ensuring proper adherence to company policies and change initiatives
Providing advice to all management levels in the organization.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
Work collaboratively with all local teams on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management needs.
Implement various human resources plan and procedures for all local teams.

Requirements

Candidate must have at least 3 years’ verifiable experience in a similar role.
Intermediate knowledge of French and Hausa languages required.
