• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Minimum Three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Membership in a professional organization may also enhance job prospects through networking opportunities, job boards, and seminars.

• Ability to create strategies that will help the company meet sales objectives.
• Have strong communication, sales and presentation skills.
• Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative.
• Expert knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms essential.
• Have strong leadership skills and ability to hire, train and motivate team members.
• Computer skills.

• Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
• Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
• Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
• Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
• Analyze market trends to find opportunities for expansion
• Help management make financial decisions
• Must be aware of special tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of Peachtree and Sage accounting software.

• At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Multiple years of leadership experience are required.
• In general, applicant must have excellent communication, persuasion and should possess a quick analytical mind and a decisive nature.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized tertiary Institution.
• Minimum five years experience in a similar role.

• A bachelor's degree (or its equivalent)
• Proven experience as administration manager
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• An analytical mind with problem solving skills
• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• A team player with leadership skills.

• At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Multiple years of leadership experience are required.
• Experience managing multiple large teams and designing security solutions.
• Specific certifications in Security Management/Technology/Law Enforcement or criminal Justice will be added advantage
• In general, applicant must have excellent communication, persuasion and should possess a quick analytical mind and a decisive nature.

• Security professional with a proven management experience within the security industry/the public sector or police/armed services with ability to develop, strengthen security initiatives by creating and maintaining good channels of communication and support across various departments
• Stay updated about current trends in security threats to design effective security systems.
• Excellent knowledge and proven capabilities in risk assessment, crisis management, personnel safety and facility security procedures
• Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• A sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation affecting the security role.
• Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and engagement skills.
• Basic IT skills with a working knowledge of the range of MS Office packages and knowledge of electronic security systems.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.

• Well experienced on the job of patrol and guards management
• Excellent leadership skills
• An analytical mind and good communication (spoken/written) skills
• Ability to ride Motor cycle and drive with good knowledge of road network (added advantage)
