• Frigoglass Technical Trainee Programme is an intensive 12-month Technical Training in Glass production aimed at developing and mentoring new glass experts.

Criteria

• First Degree or HND in Engineering (specifically in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum of Second Class Division
• Must have completed NYSC
• Maximum age of 27 years

    Job Title: Power Service Supervisor Location: Agbara, Ogun State Reports to: Technical Services Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of all Power services equipment, generators, turbine, utility & moving equipment
• Ensure the normal routine maintenance are carried out on equipment as at when due
• Oversee daily operation of the gas-turbine and generators
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of compressed dry air for glass making process
• Ensure all maintenance activities are professionally and safely carried out

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years cognate experience in a managerial position in similar industry

    Job Title: Security Officer Location: Ughelli, Delta State Reports to: Plant HR Manager Responsibilities

• Develops appropriate security policies and procedures
• Provides direct security & safety training to the workforce
• Monitors compliance with the organization's security policies and procedures among employees, contractors, alliances and other third parties and takes corrective action
• Manages safety & security incident responses & Serves as an internal security consultant to the organization
• Monitors internal control systems to ensure that appropriate access levels and security clearances are maintained
• Performs security risk analysis and periodic activity reviews for security processes
• Monitors advancements in security technologies
• Monitors changes in legislation and accreditation standards that affect security

Qualifications & Experience

    Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor Location: Agbara, Ogun State Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of the Physical Laboratory
• Establishes Beta Glass Plc (Guinea Plant) Production/Product Performance and Quality Standards.
• Confirms the quality of products before they are released to customers
• Disapproves products found with non-conformities
• Generates and maintains quality test records
• Ensures that tests equipment and instruments are provided
• Provides specifications, test-gauges and samples to guide Forming, Printing, Melting and Cold-End in monitoring products quality
• Ensures that test equipment and instruments are calibrated in accordance with specified operating practices
• Train and motivates staffs to carry out required quality tests efficiently and in accordance with scientific practices
• Follows up product performance on customer lines as the need arises
• Assists the Quality Assurance Manager to investigate customer complaints and recommends corrective actions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Chemistry or other related discipline

    Job Title: Mould Coordinator Location: Agbara, Ogun Reports to: Mould Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities

• Support the mould Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that mould preparation meets production requirements
• Monitor consumables and mould status report updates
• Carry out modifications on moulds in accordance with customer's requirement and where necessary, producing drawings reflecting changes
• Prepare monthly mould status reports and advise management on need to order new replacements
• Coordinate new mould drawings and advise mould makers on desirable modification as necessary
• Initiate purchase of new mould equipment
• Maintain safe working environment and good housekeeping

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc/HND Mechanical Engineering, City & Guilds, Trade Test with strong knowledge in AutoCAD
• Minimum of 6 years in similar capacity

    Job Title: Production Planning and Sales Analyst Location: Iddo, Lagos Reports to: Key Account Manager Responsibilities

• To develop master production schedule for glass production, detailing production sequence and lead-time in alignment with KAMs & PMs for each month
• To work on all related reports for production planning , Sales and Inventory outlook used for Material Requirement Planning, Cash flow & Warehouse planning
• Seasonal (daily, weekly & monthly) review production plan to reflect current and future market demand output
• Monitor production through daily optimized stock level reports and available Purchase Orders  (POs)
• Promptly attend to all orders to ensure hitch-free shipments
• Intimate Key Account Manager, Supply Chain Management & warehouse supervisors on stock and Sales Order (SOD) availability
• Weekly Projection of sales target in alignment with Key Account Manager to keep all hands on desk to maximize sales
• Daily/weekly arrange for meeting with supply chain and commercial team to ensure massive delivery during peak sales period.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Science or Management

    Job Title: Printing Manager - Glass Location: Ughelli, Delta State Reports to: Plant Manager Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of scheduled printing so as to ensure compliance and uniformity with the agreed time frames, product quality, and efficiency
• Manage the printing resources (people and equipment) to optimize the printing capacity and improve productivity
• Coordinate the printing phases (e.g. printing, screen printing, final assembly) and materials provision in order to ensure smooth and appropriate daily operation in terms of capacity and quality
• Monitor the housekeeping of the facilities in order to ensure quality, increase in efficiency, improve productivity as well as maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Design and follow up with implementation of training programs for the department to secure diffusion of technical know-how within the plant

    Job Title: Electrical /Instrumentation Engineer Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun Reports to: Technical Manager Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate day to day activities of the Electrical/Instrumentation section
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance activities in the Electrical/Instrumentation Section
• Prepare the department’s yearly budget and ensure implementation of the approved funds
• Ensure constant review and implementation of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Manage installation, testing, calibration and commissioning of electrical/instrumentation equipment

    Job Title: Quality Assurance Laboratory Analyst Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun Reports to: Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities

• Monitors quality assurance activities on production floor and carry out all laboratory tests
• Prepares Duty Roaster and monitors Quality Assurance activities on Production floor
• Carry out dimensional, visual and squareness check on the Tin Plates/Tin Free Sheets (TFS) on arrival
• Carry out viscosity, solid content and any other test as may be required on incoming coating materials
• Conduct moisture test, odour test and any other test that may be required on every batch of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
• Carry out dimensional, leakage & seal ability check on every batch of Polythene Bag
• Conduct appropriate test on any of our raw materials from intending supplier to ensure conformance
• Ensure that non-conforming raw materials are appropriately treated with the Quality Assurance Manager and concern Department(s) reliably informed with documented evidence

    Job Title: Assistant Printing Manager Location: Ughelli, Delta State Reports to: Printing Manager Responsibilities

• Deputize for the Printing Manager in his absence and supervise the printing department to achieve management objectives
• Manage the implementation of scheduled printing so as to ensure compliance and uniformity with the agreed time frames, product quality, and health and safety standards
• Manage the printing resources (people and equipment) to optimize the printing capacity and improve productivity

    Job Title: Mould Maintenance Supervisor Location: Agbara, Ogun Reports to: Forming Manager Responsibilities

• Prepare production plan for approval and circulate job change schedules to all concerned
• Ensure mould preparation at all times meet production requirements
• Inspect mould drawings in line with customers’ specification and advise mould maker on desirable modification(s) where necessary, producing drawings reflecting changes
• Prepare monthly mould status reports and advise management on requisition for replacement

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8-10 years relevant work experience in similar capacity

    Job Title: Mould Inspector Location: Agbara, Ogun State Reports to: Mould Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities

• General inspection of moulds and prepares accessories for job change
• Daily routine inspection at forming lines and report any discrepancies found to mould inspection Specialist
• Volumetric test on mould in accordance with set standards and report any discrepancies discovered
• Inspection on turn-around mould and accessories
• Prepare for Job Change and storage
• Record keeping of daily activities including report writing
• Ensures a safe working environment and observe normal housekeeping

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering, City & Guilds, Trade Test.
• Minimum of 2 years in a bottle manufacturing Plant.
