Vacancy For Production/Quality Control Supervisor at Pause Factory, 26th April, 2019

Pause Factory is a business and management consulting company that leverages people’s emotions and performance architecture to solve organizational challenges and craft organizational transformation. We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Production/Quality Control Supervisor Location: Lagos Responsibilities

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Check production output according to specifications
Submit reports on performance and progress

Skills:

Advanced skills in MS Office
Organizational and leadership abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Problem-solving skills

Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/HND/OND
Higher National Diploma; Degree in a Technical, Engineering or relevant field is key
Proven experience as Production Supervisor in plastic producing industry
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.

Minimum Required Experience:

10 years
