  • Increases efficient use of equipment and software by developing and conducting hardware and system software training for clients.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Responsible for teaching computer programming or usage skills
  • Increases efficient use of equipment and software by developing and conducting hardware and system software training
  • Prepares users by developing and conducting training programs; measuring and approving trainee's progress.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience in management preferred.
  • Excellent time management and training skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in related field required.
  • Planning, organization, and leadership skills are required.
  • Three to five years’ experience in computer science field.
