The pharmacy is located in a clean and safe neighbourhood, and it offers an opportunity for career development and advancement. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Cashier Location: Benin City, Edo Responsibilities

  • Maintains honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and high levels of efficiency and accuracy at all times
  • Operates cash register accurately and scans all product
  • Receives cash, checks, EFT transactions, in-store charges and figures discounts, as well as, counts back change, issues receipts
  • Places merchandise in cart in a neat, organized fashion. Assists courtesy personnel as needed
  • Answers customer questions and concerns and follows-up with appropriate personnel
  • Required to know value, look-up numbers, department numbers, and features of items for which money is received
  • Resolve customer complaints and rectify price discrepancies
  • Able  to do basic math, and handle and count cash
  • Be able to accommodate various shits on short notice
  • Able to handle difficult customers
  • Undertake other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
  • A minimum of OND in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

    Job Title: Superintendent Pharmacist Location: Benin City, Edo Responsibilities
  • Provide a full compliment of pharmaceutical services in a community pharmacy setting with work flow model that allows excellent patient care
  • Process prescriptions and dispense medications
  • Counsel patients on medications and general health issues
  • Guide clients on over- the- counter medication use and respond to symptoms, based on clients’ request
  • Provide accurate and unbiased drug information services to patients, other healthcare providers and the general public
  • Manage and deliver excellent patient-centered pharmaceutical care services
  • Provide health promotion and disease prevention services and programs, including but not limited, to health outreaches and awareness campaigns
  • Manage the pharmacy operations by supporting the mission, vision, and values  of the organization
  • Coordinate and supervise other pharmacists, interns and support staff (pharmacy technicians sales assistants and cashiers)
  • Keep records and perform other administrative task
  • Provide any other pharmaceutical and health related services as may be assigned
Qualifications
  • Qualified and registered pharmacist with current annual license issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria
  • Cognate years of experience and supervisory roleswould be an advantage
  • Relevant trainings and certifications would be an advantage.

    Job Title: Administrator/Accountant Location: Benin City, Edo Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and stationery supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  • Maintain staff records and human resource files, vehicles files and other confidential correspondences
  • Maintain the document database and help other employees find and retrieve requested documents
  • Ensure that files are properly labelled for ease of identification, storage and retrieval
  • Oversee the procurement of drugs and supplies to the facility with the Superintendent Pharmacist
  • Maintain record-keeping systems for recording and monitoring service processes and provide regular summary reports to the Director to ensure that relevant updates and reviews take place in a timely fashion
  • Ensure timely allocation of communication tools such as phones, modem, etc, to all staff
  • Assist in coordinating effectively and efficiently administrative activities, including prompt payment of bills
  • Create, update, and maintain records and databases
  • Set up and maintain a suitable accounting system for the pharmacy
  • Prepare reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
  • Support other facility staff

Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration, Accounting and other related discipline
  • Certificates in Human Resource, Logistics and supply chain management would be an advantage

    Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Location: Benin City, Edo Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of a pharmacist
  • Be familiar with stocks
  • Count and label medications
  • Greet clients and deliver quality customer service, respond to basic inquiries/questions and refer patients to the pharmacist
  • Maintains honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and high levels of efficiency and accuracy at all times
  • Perform and monitor inventory management, both behind the counter and in the general pharmacy area
  • Respond to customer request for medications, medical equipment and consumables, and consumers’ goods
  • Respond to phone calls in a professional manner

  • Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing proposals
  • Allocates targets and monitor performance while motivating team to reach targets
  • Reports to the Director to establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota in support of set goals.
  • Personally observe the performance of sales staff on a weekly basis.
  • Builds and maintains rapport with key customers while identifying new customer opportunities
