• Must possess at least a First degree
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in building construction with previous projects involved to show.
• Must be able to pay attention to details and quality
• Must be able to deliver within stipulated time frame
• Membership of a professional body will be an advantage.

• Must have at least 5 years practical experience
• Must have a minimum of OND and ability to express himself
• Must be able to pay attention to details and work with little or no supervision.

• Must possess a First degree in Building Technology
• Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience
• Must have worked with a reputable construction company
• Must be able to work with the standard of the Company

• Must possess at least a First degree
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience with administrative skills
• Must be very smart, amiable and pay attention to details.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience
• Must have good interpersonal relationship
• At least an OND would be an advantage
• Ability to resolve and pofer solution to plumbing issues.

• Must possess a First degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience especially in property market
• Must possess good interpersonal relationship with clients
• Must possess good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proximity to the Island would be an advantage.

• Must possess at least an HND
• Must be conversant with electrical, plumbing and civil works
• Must be able to work well will clients, tenants and under pressure
• Must have hands on the job experience.
