Ensure quotations are reviewed and followed up
To liaise with vendors and track progress.
Visit showrooms, workshops across the assigned region on a regular basis to conduct audit and ensure service standards are maintained
To adhere to timelines.
To develop 3s & 2S Workshops, exclusive dealers and customer service points as per plan.
To ensure CI compliance in all type of outlets.
To appoint local vendors for branding and fabrication.
To liaise with service team and ensure timely delivery of special tools and equipment at dealer location.
To regularly update status of WIP dealerships

Job Requirements

Knowledge of local language and dialects as per the region is a must.
In addition, it would be an advantage if the post holder had knowledge or experience of successfully developing and maintaining workshops/showrooms.
Geographical knowledge enabling better decision making
Ability to work in a small and diverse team
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
