HT-Limited - Our client, a reputable Travel Agency is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Ticketing Officer Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Review visas and other travel necessities
  • Resolve issues and emergencies
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Able to write ticket.
  • Book tickets for travel
  • Book reservations for lodging
  • Handle deposits and payments for bookings
  • Stay within the client’s budget
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
  • OND / B.Sc in any field or in Hospitality
  • 2 to 3 years work experience
  • Understanding hospitality
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
