Job Title: Technical/Mechanical Engineer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • To supervise and monitor maintenance and repair of Extinguisher and equipment and ensure that maintenance and repair works are carried out promptly and efficiently.
  • To advise officers of the Procurement and Supply section on parts which are not readily available.
  • To assist and guide tradesmen on technical matters.
  • To ensure that health and safety measures are put in place and complied with.
  • To carry out preliminary surveys and collect data and information required by Mechanical Engineer.
  • To attend site meetings, inspect, supervise and monitor the installation of new mechanical systems in office.
  • To supervise and monitor maintenance and repair works on mechanical systems in office.
  • To use ICT in the performance of his duties.
  • To perform such other duties directly related to the main duties listed above or related to the delivery of the output and results expected from the Technical and Mechanical Officer in the roles ascribed to him
Qualifications
  • Minimum of OND
  • Candidates must be IT literate
  • Candidates should be resident in Lagos

  • Generating sales to meet the company objective.

  • Follow up on projects
  • Attending business development meeting with management
  • Pitching products and/or services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Creating market intelligence ( getting price from competitors)
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Generating weekly Sales Report
  • Managing stock level and ensure adequate records
  • Make product extension proposal to the management
  • Collection of outstanding
Requirements
  • Minimum of BSC
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Candidates must be IT literate
  • Candidates should be resident in Lagos
