Samantha's Bistro & Grill is a modern bistro with simple, seasonal and well prepared meals. We offer a chef daily special of classic french and Italian dishes. We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Lagos Job Description

To meet targets set by CEO
To recruit, train and staff
Create and maintain a bistro environment
Provide a great quality experience and service to customers
Liaise with Executive Chef regarding food and beverage offers
Ensure that health and safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times

Requirements

Customer orientated
Good command of English
Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Catering, Food Sciences or any related discipline.
Three (3) years experience managing a bistro or restaurant is highly desirable
Entrepreneurial mindset
People skills
