• We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and influential football coaches with wide and deep knowledge of the game; and someone who can also attract, discover and recommend thousands of talented football players within the country to participate in a football reality contest with attractive prizes and benefits.
• The coaches will have the opportunity to work with scouts, Professional coaches and managers, ex international players to mention a few.

• To discover and recommend football players for the football reality contest
• To coach and manage the players for development and future opportunities i.e sign youth and professional contacts abroad with reputable clubs.
• Conduct screening exercise for selected players
• Work with international and local professionals coaches and managers
• Draft and execute training regimes for the players.

• Minimum of SSCE and Diploma certificates
• Professional coaching certification is an added advantage
• Basic Football and Sports coaching/management knowledge
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Must be sport enthusiast.
• Good communication and written skills
• Basic football training knowledge.

• Daily allowance during the reality contest
• Get professional training and knowledge for ex international players, coaches and managers.
• 3 days coaching clinics with lunch, manager kits and allowance.
• Opportunity to sign professional coaching contract with a professional outfit
• Get an attractive sign on fee for shortlisted coaches/managers
• Monthly remuneration
