We are recruiting to fill the position below:       Job Title: Channel Partner Sales Executive Locations: Abuja, Lagos and Rivers Job summary

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Duties
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
  • researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in any field
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision

      Job Title: Sales Officer-Wireless Location: Lagos Job Summary
  • The Sales Officer-Wireless will manage and develop sales of wireless internet solutions to customers in a predefined cluster.
  • In addition to their responsibilities for bringing new customers, s/he will be the custodian for retention and servicing the clients’ needs during their life cycle, and also ensure that subscription revenue is achieved as per Annual Operations Plan for designated coverage clusters.
Skills, Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling in designated coverage cluster
  • Generate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for Sales
  • Create Sales Pitch and related communication materials
  • Work with Regional Head-Sales on sales and marketing Plan
  • Conduct Sales Meetings with Clients
  • Maintain an update of communication with clients
  • Sales Officer-Wireless requires many soft skills with an understanding of technical aspects.
  • Developing sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis
  • Make use of sales management techniques
  • Liaise with Customer care team to monitor client communications and life cycle management.
  • Develop, build, and manage a client base
  • Handle the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up
  • Work with the Marketing Dept. to develop and execute Residential Sales initiatives
  • Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
  • Follow up on leads generated through walking out, research and promotional events
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the residential sales programs
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service related issues
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Direct sales experience from Banking, Insurance, Media (Ad Space Selling), E-Commerce sector preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Tools- CRM Software, Spreadsheets, Adobe PDF Suite etc.
      Job Title: Accounts Officer (General Ledger) Location: Lagos Position Summary
  • The Accounts Officer’s primary role is to assist the Financial Controller in the administration of the association’s financial accounts. The role is to be performed with high standards of service to external and internal stakeholders.
Key Roles
  • Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements and detailed supplementary
  • schedules forming part of Financial Statements.
Variance Analysis:
  • Scrutiny of General Ledger Balances on Regular basis
  • Proficient in Reconciliations of all major items in Income Statement and Balance Sheet eg: Sales, Stock, Bank, Duties & Taxes.
  • Preparation of various Management Reports (Regular and Ad-hoc)
  • Handling Internal and External Audits
Ancillary Roles:
  • Assisting other Finance Sub-Functions as and when required.
Qualification Criteria
  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • ACA/ACCA certification will be an added advantage.
Key Skills:
  • Good Accounting Knowledge
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Good knowledge of Companies Act and Tax Laws
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Communication Skills (written and oral)
  • Knowledge of Account Payable process (added advantage)
