IntelliFin Solutions Limited is one of CBN licensed Payment Terminal service provider (PTSP) and Mobile Money operator in Nigeria, which aims to foster the inclusion of the unbanked populace, as well as, migrate the Nigerian economy from cash- based to electronic-based. We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:     Job Title Executive - Revenue Assurance & Settlement Location: Lagos Reporting to CEO Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifies and analyse all company Assets deployed in the field, relate with the necessary organizations to ensure the correct service settings to ensure Revenue Realization from each Asset.
  • Identify the Revenue Leakages in the Business Unit, and ensure that all revenue components for the Business / Revenue Stream are realised in a seam less manner.
  • Actively ensure the end to end process of Asset Listing/Registration to Revenue Generation, and Revenue Realization and liaison with all relevant parties/Organizations.
  • Generate daily & Weekly executive Financial Performance Reports & Dashboards for the Company set Objectives/ Targets.
  • Monitor Daily & Weekly Revenue Performance vs Settlement, and engage the necessary organizations to resolve any Settlement issue impacting on the Revenue Realization.
  • Maintains relationships with internal and external customers by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and Revenue improvements.
  • Responsible for General Accounting, and develop Financial Data reports for the Company, working in conjunction with external auditors.
Key Requirements
  • Graduate of a tertiary institution in any discipline
  • Proven experience in General Office accounting/ Book-keeping in financial/Banking/IS or IT Industry is must.
  • Flair for Data exploration, Data Gathering/Warehousing and Analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, power-point) especially MS Excel for Data Collation and detailed analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of Analytical and Reconciliation process and techniques.
  • Any professional certificate/affiliation in Accounting Practice and General Financial Management will be a plus.
Application Deadline 22nd June, 2019.       Job Title: Head of Operations - PTSP Business Location: Lagos Reporting to CEO/ Director - Operations Duties and Responsibilities Operations Management & Administration:
  • Take a lead in provisioning technical support related with PTSP Product and related Value Added Solutions (VAS) under the PTSP Business.
  • Ability to Create User requirements, develop and document procedures and processes related with project deliveries.
  • Proactively research/ join POS & Industry forums to keep abreast of technologies that might benefit the PTSP Business, and organization as a whole.
  • Effectively maintain productive relationships and deliver valued services to multiple Customer organizations of varying capabilities and with different requirements.
  • Review project work products for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards with both internal and external customers.
  • Provide tactical advice to the management for the PTSP Business Growth and opportunities.
  • Provide general oversight of all IntelliFin PTSP business activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
  • Supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
  • Drive the overall PTSP Business financial performance, and Revenue Reconciliation/ Collections assurance from customers.
  • Responsible for the fiscal activities of the PTSP Business including budgeting, reporting and audit.
  • Works with Management to ensure achievement of short- and long-term financial goals.
Key Requirements
  • Graduate of a tertiary institution in any discipline
  • Proven experience in Operations Management in financial/Banking/ PTSPs or VAS Providers/IS or IT Industry is must.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite ( MS Word, power-point)
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Aptitude in delivering effective presentations
  • Any professional certificate/affiliation in Project or Operations Management will be a plus.
      Job Title: Executive - Business Channels Development Location: Lagos Reporting to: CEO/ Director - Operations Duties and Responsibilities Channel Development & Management:
  • Develop new Business/ Revenue Channels by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs and sales options.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunity by establishing contact – cold calling, Networking and Social Media and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Setup meetings with potential Channels/clients, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company products and services.
  • Ensure that Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Channel Sales targets for the Business Territory are met on periodic basis on KPI basis.
  • Manage relationship, continuously engage and train the Channel Partners on the company product or service offering to maximise New Revenue Channels.
  • Identifies product improvements or new product concepts by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares Sales and Financial Data reports.
  • Participate in Industry events/ Trade exhibitions to create awareness about company product & services.
Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales & Channels Development in financial/Banking/ PTSPs or VAS Providers/IS or IT Industry is must.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite ( MS Word, power-point)
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Aptitude in delivering effective presentations and Customer engagement.
  • Any professional certificate/affiliation or hands on experience in managing any Mobile Money/Agency Network will be a plus.
