• To ensure that all products manufactures or fabricated meet and exceed the customers quality expectations.
• Ensuring that assembly processes comply with best practice and defined Standards.
• Carryout detailed inspections during repair and after service.
• Inspect all modified products using predefined checklists.
• Keep complete and detailed data and information on all repairs done and materials received.
• Working with assembly personnel to ensure compliance with set procedures, standards, systems and processes.
• Following internal quality standards, procedures and specifications in the assembly units
• Carry Out detailed in process and finished goods inspections
• Ensure thorough inspection of all received goods for rework or maintenance.

• A good B.Sc/HND in Engineering from a reputable institution. ( A degree in Manufacturing engineering will be an added advantage)
• Minimum of 3-years’ experience in similar role.

• Forecast accurately to ensure availability of materials for Production at all times
• Keep track of production usage and purchasing expectations
• Liaise between the production department and the store on reorder levels
• Collate project plans and additional information to determine timelines and necessary materials needed for production
• Coordinate supplier payments with the accounting department
• Liaise with suppliers and source for new suppliers to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality while maintaining good relationships with each of them
• Liaise between relevant internal departments and customers for all procurement and delivery of raw materials in the store

• Must have a minimum qualification of B.Sc in Supply Chain Management or related course
• Must have at least 4 years’ experience in Material planning and inventory control
• Ability to use a computer or any form of ERP for inventory management and planning
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Must be a very organized and detailed person
• Must be a strong team player

• Maximum of 4 years experience with at least an HND qualification.
• Driver must be living on the Island (Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, etc) in Lagos.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
