• The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering data, writing detailed reports on findings, identifying new markets, marketing services to prospective customers and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

• Application of creativity, motivation and organization to study trends and patterns and make decisions to steer the business into the right direction.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
• Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors’ activities, outcomes and sales.
• Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
• Evaluate market penetration and determine brand perceptions and reputations.
• Communicating with customers, competitors and suppliers and developing strategies to increase market reach.
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

• CBAS certification (an added advantage)
• HND, B.Sc or Graduate Certificate in Computer Science or related field.

• The preferred candidate will be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment
• He/She will conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for the purpose it was built for.
• Selected candidate will also stay abreast of new technologies, tools and ensure efficient use of software development resources.

• Meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects
• Working with software developers and project support teams
• Reviewing documentation
• Implement test requirements analysis
• Implement test case development/updating
• Implement test data preparation
• Implement acceptance criteria and schedule for test cycles (CIT, SIT, UAT)

• Present findings to software development and business user teams
• Submit inputs for weekly status reports
• Participate in weekly test team review meetings.

• B.A/B.Sc/HND qualification.

• Functional analysis and UAT
• I.T business analysis
• Awareness of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Quality assurance
