• Effective consideration and management of social concerns.
• Design, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate public transport initiatives.
• Minimize social risks associated with the development of transport initiatives.
• Identify & maximize social development opportunities Engender a broad consensus, through participatory methods and extensive dialogue with affected and interested parties, on fair and adequate methods by which rights of way can be cleared of occupants as needed,
• Taking accounts of international standards for involuntary displacement as incorporated in the World Bank’s OP 4.12 on Involuntary Resettlement.

• The candidate should have a degree (minimum 2:2) in Social and environmental related studies with a minimum of 10 years of cognate experience.

• Plan, design, and deliver training for our clients within the approved budget.
• Create training programs that will align with clients organisation’s objectives
• Follow up new business opportunities and ensure the clients learning goals are achieved with specified timelines.
• Develop training content as solutions to client employee knowledge and or skills gaps
• Develop strategies to penetrate and acquire new clients.

• 8 year (s) work experience as a Learning and Development Specialist in a consulting firm
• Excellent presentation skills
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively within all levels in an organization.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent power point skills.

• He/she will assist the Manager in managing the outsourcing department.
• Representing the company in meetings with clients.
• Manages outsourced staff from recruitment to exit.
• Generation of new outsourcing Businesses.

• 6 year(s) work experience in an HR department, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• Strong business development skills.
• Good experience and understanding of the end to end HR process
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively within all levels in an organization.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Good Excel skills
