Karferry Limited - Our client, a Microfinance Bank based in Lagos State is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Loan Officer Ref Id: LOA/19 Location: Lagos Detailed Description/Requirements

We are recruiting to fill the post of Loan Officers. These Executives will participate in the sales and administration of Financial products.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Team Supervisor assigned to their zones and engage with clients in managing their loans.
The compensation structure (allowance + commission), selling model, target and training method guarantees a win-win situation for staff and the organization.
If you have minimum of 2 years’ experience, self-driven, organized, willing to work in Lagos, have excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a passion for selling, can work under pressure, a professional with good work ethics, then this job is for you!
Candidates Currently working in an MFB is an added advantage.
