We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:     Job Title: Operations Excellence Officer Location: Nigeria The Job

• Coach milling personnel on operations excellence competencies in order to increase productivity.
• Ensure process improvement activities and initiatives  are sustained and standards adhered to accordingly.
• Drive daily operational reviews with the support of the Mill leadership team.
• Collect, analyze performance metrics data and lead root cause analysis within the plant or mill effectively.
• Assist the Operations Excellence Manager to drive implementation of continuous process improvement activities with Lean Six Sigma tools.

• First Degree in Science or Engineering related courses.
• 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
• Certificate in Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow/Green Belt is an added advantage.

• 3 years cognate experience.

• Have good interpersonal skills.
• Be result-oriented.
• Have good communication skills.
