Job Title: Customer Support Staff
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone and chats.
- Work with customer support manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Respond politely and courteously to customers enquiries.
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls and chats in a timely manner.
- Collecting customer information and analysing customer needs providing prompt, valid and complete solutions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
