• Responsible for production of photobooks, school books after designed images have been printed.
• Responsible for production of cases for photobooks when the need arises.
• Responsible for production of ID cards after they have been designed.
• Responsible for production of complimentary cards after their designs have been printed.
• Ensure frames and photobooks are well packaged for the dispatch unit.
• Ensure Papers/Straight Line are cut to correct size with attention to smallest details.
• Ensure papers are well folded, glued or stapled sections together when necessary.
• Responsible for repair, restoration and rebinding of old or damaged books.
• Responsible for setting up machine and feed paper into it and report machine breakdowns.
• Any other function as may be assigned by your line manager and Management.

• Responsible for creative design of photobooks for branches nationwide.
• Responsible for retouching and sizing of images for enlargement.
• Responsible for developing concepts, graphics and layouts of a design.
• Responsible for designing flyers, banners for events.
• Responsible for designing advert images for social media.
• Responsible for designing DVD jackets and plates for video unit.
• Responsible for introducing technological advancement and innovation to graphics design work and be up to date with applicable industry leading software.
• Ensure that there is proper electronic recording of all customers’ images by name, date and folders.
• Responsible for periodic backup of all images as no image must be lost.
• Responsible for documentation of all images.
• Responsible for delivering creative and error free graphics services in production.
• Responsible for preparing rough drafts and review final layouts while suggesting improvements.
• Ensure to incorporate changes recommended by clients into the final design.
• Ensure speed and accuracy in all graphics work and editing assigned to you to meet/exceed customer expectation and deadline.

• Responsible for printing all job images and photobooks designs.
• Responsible for proper management and maintenance of the chemical printer.
• Download jobs (photo books & images for enlargements) from branches nationwide via google drive.
• Upload photobook designs to Kodak Express for printing.
• Responsible for sending daily reports of finished jobs for proper accountability.
• Responsible for mixing paint and inks to blend with materials being printed and job order specification.
• Responsible for correction of printing errors on materials.
• Evaluate job orders and specification to know details like number of materials to be printed, time given for collection and colour sequences.
• Responsible for checking printed materials for clarity, accuracy, quality, finishing and other production factors.
• Minimize period by troubleshooting stoppages and breakdowns.
• Operate machine to give printing directions in accordance to job order and specification.
• Ensure that colour heads, rollers and ink fountains are cleaned after production.
• Assign labels and stamp to boxes containing printed materials.
• Ensure that production plates and ink containers are cleaned after production.
• Responsible for creating space in the printing room by removing excess boxes out of the way.
• Ensure that printing equipment is well lubricated by applying appropriate oil.
• Make suggestions in the design and layout of jobs to be printed.
• Any other function as may be assigned by your line manager and Management.

• Responsible for canvassing of images/sizes of jobs and frame orders.
• Responsible for inspection, packaging and finishing of jobs/frames including photobooks before dispatch.
• Responsible for taking stocks/inventories of frames.
• Ensure that frames are properly cut and joined/fixed using the correct sizes.
• Involved in booking frames at the market as well as the collection of frames and materials.
• Ensure to creatively select frames that will match enlargements and related works.
• Ensure all frames and other working materials are well arranged, kept, clean and secure.
• Ensure working tools and equipment are well maintained and serviced
• Ensure all materials under your custody are properly accounted for by preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of all used materials and challenges incurred as well as submit to your line manager.
• Assist in going to the timber market to purchase needed wood used in the production.
• Any other function as may be assigned by your line manager and Management.
