  • To increase brand goodwill through superior service delivery.
Job Description
  • Provide guidance to walk-in customers on product and service offerings.
  • Serve guests by providing product/ service information related to delivery life-cycle, rates and payment.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer'scomplaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and  explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting  correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Eliminate the possibility of shipping contraband and prohibited goods by ensuring 100% inspection of all parcels presented for shipping.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role will be an advantage.
  • Courier experience will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of HND degree in any discipline
  • 0-3years working experience
  • Candidate MUST reside in Bauchi
