A leading second generation private Christian university is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: University Bursar Location: Nigeria Job Description

  • The Bursar is the Chief Financial Officer of the University, responsible for the day-to-day management of the financial affairs of the University.
Requirements
  • The candidate should possess a minimum of first degree in Accounting or a related discipline, with a professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA. An MBA or M.Sc. degree would be an advantage, plus a minimum of twelve (12) years post-qualification cognate experience. Candidate should not be more than 60 years, must be in good health and with robust ICT proficiency.
  • The candidate, who should be a good team player, should possess good interpersonal skills; knowledgeable in management, leadership, organizational and corporate governance, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • He/She should be analytically- minded, and possess requisite competence to guide University Management and the Council on the financial resources of University.
