  • An efficient, courteous person who possesses excellent customer service skills and ready to believe in our vision and mission.
  • He/She must have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. He/She must be responsive, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.
  • With the above qualities in place, our Cashier will scan the customer’s selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location. He/She will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
  • Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
  • Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
  • Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace.
Requirements
  • Secondary School Certificate/ OND or equivalent.
  • Customer service or Cashier experience.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
      Job Title: Floor/Customer Engagement Officer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • A courteous, energetic and efficient Floor Officer who possesses excellent customer service skills; ready to learn and improve himself. Our Floor Officer must be ready to understand and drive our mission for being in business.
  • He will ensure the proper stocking and shelving of our products in the retail outlet.
  • He will ensure products are properly shelved and tagged. He will ensure shoppers enjoy ease of shopping with us by advising customers on products availability and location.
  • To succeed with us, He must have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy and consistency. He must be responsible and attentive to customer needs.
Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
  • All products are properly shelved and tagged for customer's convenience.
  • Product stocking & record keeping
  • Product shelving & cleaning
  • Floor supervision
  • Assisting customers during purchases.
