• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.

• Preparing reports, designs and drawings.
• Making calculations about loads and stresses.
• Selecting appropriate construction materials.
• Providing technical advice.
• Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects.
• Monitoring and inspecting work managing projects.

• We are in need of real estate marketers based on island that can relate with different client to get them their desired properties.

• Scouting for new properties to let or for sale for client.
• Customer relation strategy to client.
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

• Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Document and log work/rest periods and kilometres spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• Applicant must live around (Ajah, Sangotedo) and its environs.

• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices.
• Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)
• Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.

• Preparing accounts and tax returns.
• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
• Aditing financial information, compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
• Analysing accounts and business plans.
• Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation.
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
