Michael Stevens Consulting is a Management consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Training, Recruitment of Personnel, Outsourcing of Personnel and rendering Financial and Management consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, Public Sector etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below:       Job Title: Key Distributor Sales Executive - Mainstream Spirits (MSS) Locations: Delta, Abia, Enugu, Edo, Benue, Abuja, Lagos, Cross River, Ogun, Kwara, Ondo and Nassarawa Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of OND with minimum 1 year commercial expertise gained across Sales, managing Key distributors in the open market
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • High degree of integrity
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Geographically mobile.
  • Healthy and physically fit.
  • Note: These slots will be assigned vans for retail coverage & redistribution purposes. Hence, it is a mandatory requirement that the candidates can drive manual format vans, a valid drivers licence and minimum of 2 years driving experience.
    Job Title: Customer Care Officer Location: Lagos/Ogun Job Summary
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Applicants should reside within Berger/Ibafo and its environs.
Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience/experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • OND/HND
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
      Job Title: Sales Admin & Operation Manager (SAM) Location: Lagos Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Graduate with 3 to 5 years commercial expertise gained across Finance, Sales or Customer management
  • Good People management Skills
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian Drinks industry
  • Experience of originating and controlling budgets
  • Good IT skills
  • Good analytical skills
    Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - MSS Retail Location: Lagos Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Graduate with a Minimum of 8 years commercial expertise gained across Sales, managing Key distributors in the open market
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • High degree of integrity and people management
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Geographically mobile.
  • Ability to negotiate at a senior level with Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers.
      Job Title: Van Sales Representative (VSR) Location: Lagos Qualifications
  • Minimum: OND
  • Healthy and physical fit
  • A good driver with valid driving license
  • Basic IT skills (to operate sales device tools)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in order taking/selling.
