We are seeking competent and self-motivated professionals for immediate employment in the position below: Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Lagos Job Responsibilities

Manage staff, arrange on the job training and assessment of headmen, operators and operatives
Monitoring and organizing maintenance of Equipment to minimize downtime.
Production Plan Achievement
Monitoring the implementation and compliance of SOP for all production activities
Optimum utilization of production materials, time and manpower within set waste control limits
Ensure that safety guides and regulations are strictly adhered to on production lines

The Person

B.Sc/HND in any Science related courses/Engineering.
2-3 years experience in the same position in an FMCG.
Supervisory, Interpersonal, communication, Analytical and Problem solving skills
Abreast of SON and NAFDAC regulations
Good knowledge of GMP.
Should be 25-32 years of age.
