A well established firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, with Head office in Lagos State, requires the services of result oriented personnel to fill the position below: Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor (Agency) Location: Lagos Qualifications

B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience
Must be very good in Agency
Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers' Licence
Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market
Good marketing and communication skills
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
ANIVS is an added advantage.

Job Title: Pupil Estate Surveyor Location: Lagos Qualifications

B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience
Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers' Licence
Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market
Good marketing and communication skills.

Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor (Specialisation in Valuation) Location: Lagos Qualifications

B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 7 years cognate experience
Must be very good in Valuation
Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers' Licence
Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market,
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
ANIVS is required.

Job Title: Office Manager Location: Lagos Qualifications

Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc or HND in the Social Sciences
Computer Skill with minimum 2 years experience
Be able to organise and supervise administrative activities of the firm.

Job Title: Accounts Officer Location: Lagos Qualifications

Applicants must possess a minimum of OND in Accounting with 2-3 years experience.

Job Title: Confidential Secretary Location: Lagos Qualifications

Applicants must be computer literate
Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience
Candidates with a B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Studies would be preferred.

B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience

Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers' Licence
Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market

Job Title: Office Assistant/Clerk Location: Lagos Qualification

Minimum of an OND in any discipline.
