  • Our client is currently looking to fill the role of Sales Specialist for it Asset Management division.
Job Summary
  • Work closely with senior management and help formulate suitable sales and marketing plan to grow the client base and assets, gaining market share and increasing profitability.
Duties
  • Proactive in delivering quality account management services to existing clients.
  • Business travel for client’s seminars and business events will be required.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with potential clients, such as institutional clients,corporate clients and distribution channels and build relationships via sales and marketing activities including fund briefings, client seminars and business events
  • Liaise with relevant external and internal parties on marketing initiatives, covering advertising, event management and sales campaigns for unit trusts.
  • Give product ideas, ongoing regular updates and attend investment performance review sessions with clients/prospects.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong market-orientation, Creativity, Quick-thinking, Particular attention to detail
  • Minimum of 5 years of fund sales experience in investment management firms.
  • First Degree in Finance related field, Postgraduate Degree or Membership of professional body (ACCA, ICAN, CIS, CFA)
  • A good track record in selling a broad range of products to retail or institutional clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant rules and regulations of the financial markets, asset
  • management, and trust industries
